Biltong omelette
Ingredients:
3 eggs
50 grams of biltong, cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
salt and pepper to taste
A little chopped chives or parsley (optional)

When the omelette starts to set, stop stirring and let it cook until done (according to your preference).
If desired, sprinkle some chopped chives or parsley on top before serving.

Add the biltong to the pan and lightly fry for about 1-2 minutes until it heats up and releases an aroma.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Stir lightly with a spatula to evenly distribute the biltong.

In a bowl, beat the eggs together with the salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
